The landstreamer provides an effective acquisition tool for seismic reflection, refraction and surface wave methods. The survey speed can be significantly increased in comparison to pinned geophones.
The streamer can be equipped with vertically or horizontally orientated geophones. The geophone spacing can be changed according to the demands of the specific test method. Segments of 12 or 24 m can be coupled to long receiver arrays in situ.
