The Borehole Hydrophone Chain 2 is a compact seismic receiver system of up to 24 hydrophones having fixed spacings, e.g. 1 m.

In the standard version Geospace MP25 hydrophones are used, which have a maximum operation depth of up to 200 m. Other types of hydrophones can be delivered on request
